Thanks to many of you, I think I'm going to run this contest every month. A few folks expressed interest in assisting and so I'm putting this out there as a call for help.
I'm not going to put a tip jar up or ask for donations, however, if you're willing sponsor a contest along with me, here's how it could work. You can't donate your clubmom points at this point in time, however, folks who were nominated in the past can be nominated again. Past winners won't be eligible.
1) Perhaps you're willing put up a gift card for a winner. I'll call you that month's sponsor and link back to you.
2) Maybe you work for a cool company (oh let it be Dooney and Bourke or Coach) that likes to give back and is willing offer up prizes - again, I'll link that company, your blog, WHATEVER and they can be the sponsor of the month.
3) I was thinking of having a themed contest - so maybe "Deployed Spouses" month or "Expecting Moms" month. What do you think about that? I'm pretty sure many of these ladies have blogs, however, I just need to connect (perhaps through your kind linkage and assistance in spreading the word) with them.
I'm open for options and ideas.

I like the Support a Mom idea a lot. I'll donate a gift card and if anyone else wants to go in on it with me and make it larger, that's cool, too. Just let me know what I need to do.

I think that's a great idea!! I'm still new to clubmom, and didn't know there were any contests like that. Before my budle of joy arrived (two weeks ago) I was having trouble getting some things. (I'm still having a little trouble) But two clubmoms decided to help me out by sending care packages for my darling baby boy. I want to thank them.

Wonderful idea! I don't work for any cool company (I'm a Canadian teacher) but I'll help out with any promotion or whatever you need.
